A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Writ Petition vs. Campbell Union High School District and County Board of Education in Santa Clara County Superior Court Relating to Expulsion Appeal (case name is confidential because of minor's privacy rights)

A. *Board Study Session on Charter Schools (overview) In an effort to increase transparency surrounding charter policy, procedure and operations, the Charter Schools Office has invited Santa Clara County school district superintendents, board members, Santa Clara County Board of Education approved charter school leaders, local teacher union presidents, 6th district PTA and members from the public to a board study session on charter schools. (Dr. Angelica Ramsey)
