Background
In accordance with the by-laws of the Finance Corporation and in compliance with debt covenants of the Finance Corporation, an annual audit of the books and records of the Santa Clara County Board of Education Finance Corporation (SCCBOEFC) was conducted for the fiscal year year ending June 30, 2018. The auditors opined that the financial statements present fairly the financial position of the SCCBOEFC as of June 30, 2018.
The next Santa Clara County Board of Education regular meeting will be tonight, January 16, 2019, after the Finance Corporation meeting.
