Access Zoom​

  3. On each agenda item, only those hands raised between the Board President's call for comments and the moderator's confirmation of the number of speakers will be recognized. Background

In accordance with the by-laws of the Finance Corporation and in compliance with debt covenants of the Finance Corporation, an annual audit of the books and records of the Santa Clara County Board of Education Finance Corporation (SCCBOEFC) was conducted for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. The audit report for fiscal year 2019-2020 did not contain any audit findings and does not require a presentation by the independent auditor. The auditors opined the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Finance Corporation as of June 30, 2020, and the respective changes in financial position for the year then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
